Each Soundbrenner Pulse comes with two bands. Depending on your instrument and preference you can try out at home which location you prefer and comfortably switch out the bands.

Compatibility : To connect the Soundbrenner Pulse to your smartphone or tablet, they need to support at least Bluetooth 4.0 as well as iOS 10 (and later) or Android 5 (and later). Supported devices include iPhone 5 (and later), iPod touch 6 (and later) and iPad 4 (and later). Most Android mobile devices that were released in 2014 and later are compatible.

Domestic Orders:

• Domestic orders are shipped using Kerry Express Thailand or SCG Express.
• A tracking number will be provided once the parcel is sent out.
• Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from our Bangkok Warehouse.
• Delivery times range from 1-3 business days, depending on your order time.
• Please note that a recipient's signature is required for delivery.
• We ship after receiving payment. It may take a few hours for tracking numbers to activate on the shipper's site.

• International orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, or EMS.

• A signature is required for the delivery of international orders.
