Returns: Our return policy spans a duration of 3 days from the date of purchase. If more than 3 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot facilitate a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item in question must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. Additionally, it should be accompanied by its original packaging.
Certain categories of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Similarly, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.
Moreover, the following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Select health and personal care items
To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In some instances, only partial refunds will be granted (where applicable) for:
- Books showing clear signs of use
- Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days post-delivery
Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will receive an email notification confirming the reception. Subsequently, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.
Delayed or Missing Refunds: If a refund is yet to reflect in your bank account, begin by checking your account once more. Following that, get in touch with your credit card company as there might be a delay before the refund is officially processed. Should you encounter further delays, consider reaching out to your bank, keeping in mind that processing times may vary. Sale Items: Regrettably, only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are exempt from this provision.
Exchanges: Exchanges are facilitated solely for defective or damaged items. Gifts: In the event that an item was designated as a gift during purchase and dispatched directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the equivalent value upon receipt of the returned item. A gift certificate will be dispatched to you accordingly. However, if the item wasn't marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift provider had the order sent to them for later gifting, a refund will be issued to the gift giver, notifying them of the return.

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, and this expense is non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Depending on your location, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items exceeding 2000 THB, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
